Chairman Office
  • Assisting the board of directors and the chairman to perform various business supervisions, in order to achieve the Company's overall operational goals.
CTO Office
  • 1.Assisting the general manager in various business implementation and supervising the business execution of each department.
  • 2.Legal affairs and intellectual property management, operation-related laws and regulations compliance and risk control.
  • 3.Industry information collection and comprehensive project management.
  • 4.Investor relationship management.
Audit office
  • Assessing the Company's internal control system, evaluating the overall operational efficiency, and providing timely suggestions, in order to ensure the continuous and effective implementation of the internal control system. Being responsible on the proposal and execution of annual audit plans, reporting regularly to the independent directors and at the board of directors meetings.
Occupational Safety Office
  • Responsible for planning & implementation of occupational safety, and drawing up the regulations of occupational injury prevension, in order to meet the requirements of labor safety laws and the competent authority.
R&D Division
  • 1.EPI Design Department: Setting up advanced epitaxial R&D goals, and performing development, design, implementation and management of epitaxitual technics.
  • 2.Advanced Process Department: Qualification of EPI wafer, new process development & qualification, together with 6" line automation & manufacturing (high/low power) test installment.
  • 3.Design Qualification Assurance Department: Qualification of chip, new product development and new equipment assessment.
Marketing & Sales Division
  • 1.Sales Department: Setting up sales goals and promoting for the Company's products, providing customer services, collecting information of the market and the competitors, managing/collecting account receivables, and conducting export custom declaration.
  • 2.Application Engineering Department: Assisting Sales Department, supporting customers with technical communication, fabricating customized product, market survey and competitor analysis, and special project implementation.
  • 3.Product Marketing Department: New product definition & case opening, internal project management, and supporting Application Engineering Department & Sales Department.
Epitaxy Division
  • 1.EPI Engineering Department: Carrying out the production plans & management as scheduled, and achieving mass production goals & yield rate optimization.
  • 2.EPI Equipment Department: Conducting assessment, repairment & maintenance of production line equipments, and organizing expansion plans.
Wafer Processing Division
  • 1.Process Engineering Department:
  • (1)Integration Section: Transfer of new product manufacturing process and improvement of product manufacturing process abnormality.
  • (2)Application System Section: System integration and introduction, ERP and other project planning and execution, application system integration, assistance and exception handling.
  • 2. Process Equipment Department: Assessment and maintainance for front (back) end production equipment, and extansion planning.
  • 3. Production Department: Front (back) End Process Section: Performing production operations, planning and management for each of the processing steps, including photolithography, chemical, coating, oxidation, grinding, dicing, probing, VI, sorting, etc.
Operation Supporting Division
  • 1.Information Technology Department:
  • (1)Information Appliance Section: Information equipment assessment, host and storage equipment maintenance, system monitoring and troubleshooting, network and information equipment maintenance, and maintenance of information security operations.
  • (2)Application System Section: System integration and introduction, ERP and other project planning and execution, application system integration, assistance and exception handling.
  • 2.Finance & Accounting Department: Comprehensively manage the execution of the Company's financial, accounting, tax planning and other operations, in order to achieve the Company's operational goals.
  • 3.Legal, HR & Administration Department:
  • (1)HR Section: The implementation of human resource planning, interview & appointment, restricted stcoks subscription, salary and welfare, education and training, performance appraisal, etc.
  • (2)General Affairs Section: Responsible for various general affairs of the Company, and the management/maintenance of the fixed assets.
  • (3)Procurement Section: Making inquiries with qualified suppliers and performing supplier-management; purchasing raw materials, fixed assets and consumables & goods for maintenance based on manufacturing needs, declaring import customs, and collecting information on market prices in order to lower purchase costs for the Company.
  • 4.Environmental Safety & Facility Department:
  • (1)Environmental Safety Section: Responsible for various environmental protection planning and management, implementation of filing and testing, periotic regulation checking and internal document amendments, in order to comply with environmental protection laws and regulations.
  • (2)Facility Section: Responsible for the ficility system's operation & maintiance, in order to meet the production requirements, and to prevent from system abnormality, also confirm the operational efficiency and safety of the facility equipments.
Quality Assurance Department
  • Implementing quality policy of the Company, ensuring the installment & implementation of quality system, and performing audit,enhancement and abnormality analysis of the quality operations. Also assisting other departments to conduct quality assurance works, promoting activities & trainings on quality control, in order to enhane product quality & general quality awareness, and to meet the requirements of clients.
Production Planing & Material Control Department
  • Precise control on delivery date arrangement, coordination with the production/sales related departments, arrangement/control on production schedules, formulation of material plans, outsourcing management, and warehouse control & management.
