Epitaxy Technology

With years of accumulated experiences of mass production, manufacturing, R&D and epitaxial structure design, HLJ has become a forerunner of manufacturing III-V group compound GaAs based VCSEL. From epitaxial structure designs to chip manufacturing processes, we fully control the whole R&D and production know-how, and this has brought advantages for HLJ in quality control and price competitiveness. Our facilities include Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition machines (MOCVD), Double Crystal X-Ray Diffractometer (X-Ray), PL wavelength & Reflection measurement machine, Electrochemical Capacitance Voltage Profiler (Ecv), and Hall machines, etc., which enable HLJ to conduct full spectrum quality analyses on Epitaxial wafers.

HLJ is proud for its independent epitaxial structure design ability. Our main products include standard 850nm and 940nm, 680nm VCSEL wafers. HLJ also works with customers to develop customized products with special specification of wavelength.

HLJ fabrication facilities include Stepper/Scanner Exposures, Photo Resist Spinners, Dry & Wet Etching machines, α-step, Electron Beam Gun Evaporators, Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition machines, wafer lappers, breakers, dicing machines, Rapid Thermal Annealing systems, high power Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM), Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) differentiation machines, and Crystal Grain Automatic Arrangement machines, etc. HLJ owns mass production capacity and abundant experiences to steadily provide customers with high-quality and reliable VCSEL photoelectric parts.

HLJ designs VCSELs by itself and mass produces 850nm and 940nm VCSELs, we also produce product sizes ranging from 6 mil, 10 mil, 13 mil, 40 mil, to 200 mil, from single to array apertures, and from low to mid to high power products. We are confident to satisfy every customer’s needs at ever specialized, specific products.
